What we can help with
- A broken or wrong link: tell us the page and the paper.
- A mistake: a wrong code, series or exam detail. Please include where you saw the right one.
- Taking a paper down: if you own the copyright in a paper on this site, tell us which one and we will remove it.
- Privacy questions: how the site handles data or cookies.
What we cannot do
We cannot give exam advice, send papers that boards keep for teachers, or contact an exam board for you.
Before you write
How quickly do you reply?
We aim to reply within a few working days. Broken links and take-down requests are looked at first.
A link goes to the wrong paper or does not open.
Thank you for telling us. Send the page address and the paper, and we will fix the link.
Can you send me a paper that is not listed?
We cannot send papers. If a board has not made a paper free yet, it is usually kept for teachers until the board releases it.
I own a paper on this site. How do I get it removed?
Email hello@freepastpapers.com with the page address and the paper. We remove it promptly.
Do I need to send personal details?
No. The page address and a short description are enough.
