Free Cambridge International past papers for IGCSE, O Level and A Level: 15 subjects, listed by series, with mark schemes and examiner reports. Every link opens on Cambridge’s website.
What is free: For each syllabus, Cambridge’s public site has one exam series: the June 2024 series, with one version of each paper, its mark scheme and an examiner report. It also has specimen papers for the current syllabus.
What is held back: Every other series and version, including March, November and earlier years, is on Cambridge’s School Support Hub, for teachers at Cambridge schools.
Cambridge IGCSE past papers
Cambridge IGCSE is taken by students aged 14 to 16 in international and national schools around the world. 5 subjects.
Cambridge O Level past papers
Cambridge O Level is taken by students aged 14 to 16 in many countries, especially in South Asia and Africa. 5 subjects.
Cambridge AS & A Level past papers
Cambridge International AS & A Level is taken by students aged 16 to 19 as a route to university. 5 subjects.

Cambridge does not allow its papers to be posted on other websites. So for each syllabus we link to the past papers page on Cambridge’s own site, and we keep nothing from it except the syllabus name, its code and that link.

What does each Cambridge series include?
Usually question papers, mark schemes, examiner reports, inserts and specimen papers. Where a paper comes with a separate booklet of texts or data, the insert is listed beside it.
