Privacy policy

The short version. We have no accounts and ask for no names or emails. The site carries no ads and sets no ad cookies. Visits are counted with Cloudflare’s cookie-free analytics.

Who we are

This policy covers the website Free Past Papers at freepastpapers.com (“we”, “us”, “the site”). You can reach us at hello@freepastpapers.com.

What we do not collect

We do not collect, receive or store your name, email address, school or any account details. There is no sign-up and no login. The search box works inside your browser: it downloads our list of papers once and searches it on your device, so your searches are not sent to us.

Visitor counts: Cloudflare Web Analytics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It gives us totals such as page views, popular pages, the kind of device and browser, the referring site and the country. Cloudflare states that it does not use cookies or local storage for this and does not track people across sites. We use these totals only to improve the site.

No ads

The site carries no ads of any kind. It loads no advertising code (no Google AdSense or any other ad network), so no ad network sets cookies, builds a profile of you or tracks you across sites from here.

The StudyLah promotion

The only promotion on the site is a labelled box for StudyLah, a tuition service, after the lists on most pages. Its link adds a short tag to the address (utm_source=freepastpapers, and which part of the site you came from) so StudyLah can count how many visitors came from here. The tag holds no personal data. Once you are on StudyLah’s site, its own privacy policy applies.

Links to exam boards

Board papers open on the board’s own website. When you follow a link, that site receives your visit as usual, and its own privacy policy applies.

Cookies

We do not set any cookies, and because the site carries no ads, no advertising cookies are set either.

Hosting and security

The site is delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, in order to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Children

The site is for students and their families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, of any age, and we show no ads.

Your rights and choices

Under the UK GDPR, Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act and similar laws you have rights to access, correct or delete personal information. Because we do not hold personal information about you, there is normally nothing for us to hand over or delete. If you have a question, email us.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
