What the Chemistry exam contains

AQA GCSE Chemistry (8462) has two papers of 1 hour 45 minutes and 100 marks each, at Foundation or Higher tier. Paper 1 covers atomic structure and the periodic table, bonding, quantitative chemistry, chemical changes and energy changes. Paper 2 covers rates and equilibrium, organic chemistry, chemical analysis, the atmosphere, and using resources. Both papers ask about the required practicals.
