OCR GCSE

OCR GCSE Maths past papers

90 OCR GCSE Maths (J560) papers from 15 series, June 2017 to June 2025, with mark schemes and examiner reports. Each series opens OCR’s past papers page for J560, where you pick the paper.

What is free: OCR first gives each series to schools for mock exams. About 14 months after the exam, it goes on OCR’s public site and stays there for at least five years, and longer for maths and science.

What is held back: Until then, the most recent series are for teachers only, on OCR’s Teach Cambridge site.

What the Maths exam contains

OCR GCSE Mathematics (J560) has three papers for each tier, each 1 hour 30 minutes and 100 marks. Foundation students sit Papers 1, 2 and 3 (grades 1 to 5); Higher students sit Papers 4, 5 and 6 (grades 4 to 9). Papers 2 and 5 are sat without a calculator; the others allow one. Any paper can test number, algebra, ratio and proportion, geometry, probability and statistics.
